VESSEL SHOP

(2) 10 Ton Cranes allowing for Lifting Capacity of 20 Tons (40,000 lbs)

(2) 14′ x 18′ Overhead Doors

Manufacturing of pressure equipment up to 12 feet in diameter and over 100 feet long

Manufacturing is completed within our 28,000 sq.ft Manufacturing Facility, situated on 10 Acres of fenced land.

ASSEMBLY SHOP

(1) 10 Ton and (1) 5 Ton Crane allowing for Lifting Capacity of 15 Tons (30,000 lbs)

(4) 14′ x 18′ and (1) 32′ x 18′ Overhead Doors

Heavier manufacturing is completed by use of Jack and Roll Systems, with large assembly performed outside as needed.

WELDING PROCESSES – CARBON STEEL

Weld Processes designed and registered for Notch Toughness and Non Notch Toughness applications, with or without post weld heat treatment, and up to 8 inches in thickness

GMAW Capability, used in the construction of Structural Steel and Non-Pressure retaining applications as approved by customer

SMAW Capability, used in the construction of Pressure retaining applications as approved by the customer

MCAW Capability, used in the construction of both Pressure retaining applications and Structural Steel as approved by the customer

SAW Capability, used in the construction of heavy Pressure retaining sections. The shop is equipped with (2) Sub Arcs.

New Capability and Technology is our RMD processes and machines, increased production and quality in our pressure spooling.
